These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aumiqx CRM platform and services (collectively, “Services”), operated by Aumiqx Technologies (“Aumiqx”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using or accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. About Aumiqx CRM

Aumiqx CRM is a customizable client relationship management solution for businesses of all sizes. It helps manage leads, customer communications, workflows, and business intelligence from one dashboard.

2. Eligibility

To use Aumiqx CRM, you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of your organization.

3. Your Account

  • You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

  • All charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

5. 🚫 No Refund Policy

All payments made to Aumiqx are final.
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, or annual)

  • Custom development services

  • Setup or onboarding fees

  • Early cancellations

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refund unless otherwise explicitly stated in a signed contract.

If you're unsure about whether Aumiqx CRM is right for you, we recommend starting with a monthly plan or scheduling a demo before committing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the CRM for illegal activities or abuse the system.

  • Upload harmful files, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or violate another user’s rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the software, UI/UX, design, and underlying technology belong to Aumiqx Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account anytime, but no refunds will be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aumiqx Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in India under applicable Indian law. You waive any right to class actions or jury trials.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. You will be notified via the CRM or email if major changes are made.
